It is how the world works when using math, so getting them used to this application is important.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nI'm not sure that the Understandings are consistent with the Established Goals. I don't understand what &quot;equivalents&quot; mean in the first understanding, and what is meant by <br \/>\n&quot;accurately represent measurements&quot; in the third one. <br \/>\n<br \/>\nBe careful with the word &quot;accuracy&quot; or &quot;accurate.&quot; It has specific meaning and context that I don't think is going to be or should be addressed here.
