\nUsing word problems is a good technique to employ. It is how the world works when using math, so getting them used to this application is important.

\nI'm not sure that the Understandings are consistent with the Established Goals. I don't understand what "equivalents" mean in the first understanding, and what is meant by
\n"accurately represent measurements" in the third one.
\n
\nBe careful with the word "accuracy" or "accurate." It has specific meaning and context that I don't think is going to be or should be addressed here. (e.g., accuracy and precision)
\n
\nThe Knowledge and Skills section is good, except for one nitpicky thing: I think that the "How to accurately use different measurement tools" should be in skills, not knowledge.
